The Idea

Since 2022, Chandler Monroe has taken a softer, quieter, client-driven approach to a traditionally chaotic industry.

Chandler Monroe opened up her studio salon in Summer 2022 with the idea that people deserved a comfortable and personalized nail salon experience. Two years later, it has welcomed hundreds of new clients, produced thousands of nail sets, and completely reinvigorated the standard of nail care for those in the Las Vegas area.

Built from scratch and run with love and light, Andromeda Nail Boutique challenges you to a different perspective of your thoughts on nail salons by offering a private, cozy, and communicative approach to nails.

Chandler graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021 immediately following the fallout from the pandemic. After nearly 6 years in the restaurant industry, she was working a high volume, good paying cocktail server gig on the Las Vegas Strip. She hit a wall with that career when she burnt out entirely, knowing that couldn’t be where she stayed for the rest of her life.

Countless disappointing post-grad job opportunities. A desire to chase freedom from industry life. Tired of serving others. Ready to serve herself. An impulsive enrollment in nail school and hours of endless hard work puts her where she is now: fully booked and helping others manage their own service based businesses.

Chandler now runs her nail business full time and could never have imagined the peace she had been chasing for all those years was on the other side of a whole lot of hard work, taking risks, and overcoming her fears.

She spends her days proudly wearing all the hats of an entrepreneur and business owner. When she’s not leveling up her business, helping others with their own business, creating artwork through nails, or continuously providing the ultimate experience of peace and comfort for her appointments, you can find her in moments of stillness and self care. She loves her own beauty appointments, reading, practicing yoga and meditation, journaling, roadtripping and creating.

With the support of her dreamy BFF clients and cuddles from her dog, Buddy, she continues to grow her business, balance her life, and take time to focus on life’s little moments.
