I offer Luminary structured manicures and Apres Gel-X extensions at this time. I also accept custom press on orders (limited quantities per month)
I am able to do acrylic, but will offer it on a case-by-case basis and will recommend other systems first. I do not offer regular polish, hard gel, or pedicures.

As of November 2024, I am not accepting new clients until the New Year and even then, availability will be limited. At this time I am prioritizing my waitlist and existing clients.
If you aren’t looking to regularly maintain consistent nail appointments, I’m likely not the best fit for you. I don’t accept same day appointments and rarely have openings within 3-4 weeks. Keep an eye out on Instagram for last minute appointment openings. Referrals from existing clients are prioritized. Click here to be added to my new client waitlist.
CANCELLATIONS
Confirmation texts are sent 72 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation 48-24 hours notice 50% of the scheduled service charge will apply
Cancellation Less than 24 hours - appointment time notice 100% of the scheduled service charge will apply
No call no shows will not be allowed to book again without pre-payment of appointments in full.
The above fees will still apply even if the cancelled appointment gets rescheduled.
Booking will not be allowed until any fees are settled. No call no shows will not be allowed to book again without pre-payment of appointments in full.
Frequent, last minute, and/or repetitive reschedules may need a $30 deposit (that goes toward the price of the service) to secure another appointment. You forfeit this deposit if you reschedule the same appointment twice in a row and will need another one to book again.
IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MORE THAN TWICE IN A 2 MONTH TIME PERIOD OR BACK TO BACK, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PREPAY FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me directly via text, DM, or phone call. You can also reschedule directly through the Square app. I'm typically very understanding and do my best to be accommodating, but keep in mind my clients tend to schedule in advance and I can't guarantee spots closer to your original scheduled appointment.
Respectfully, I don’t need to know the reason you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know you’re not going to be able to make your appointment. Do be prepared for the above fees to apply if you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
RESCHEDULES
Reschedules are allowed up until 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
48-24 hours notice will be charged a $30 reschedule fee that acts as a non-refundable deposit for the rescheduled appointment but will be forfeited if you cancel again.
If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and the appropriate fees will apply.
Please keep in mind some weeks are busier than others and lots of my clients prebook, so I cannot guarantee a spot closer to your original appointment date.
IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MORE THAN TWICE IN A 2 MONTH TIME PERIOD, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PREPAY FOR ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
Habitual cancellations and reschedules may be excused from my client list.

NO SHOWS | MISSED APPOINTMENTS
A “no show” is defined as skipping your appointment with no contact or communication after 25 minutes have gone by during your scheduled appointment time.
If you have never received services from me before, you forfeit your deposit and are subject to 100% of your scheduled service charge. If you have received services before, you are still subject to 100% of your scheduled service charge. Whether existing or current, you will also be required to prepay for your appointments in order to be booked again.
WHY?: It takes two seconds to let me know you won't be making it to your appointment, and no-call no-showing for an appointment is one of the rudest things in my book and will have the harshest consequence. I am one of the most flexible people I know, and my biggest policy is mutual respect and open communication. I reserve the right at any time to prioritize clients who take their appointments seriously and cannot always guarantee a reschedule when appointments are skipped.
DEPOSITS
I require a deposit of $30 for first time clients only that must be paid before your appointment is formally accepted, even if you have booked an appointment on the website. All other appointments only require an active card on file to hold the reservation unless discussed otherwise. You may need to re-enter card information periodically as a deposit to maintain your appointments.
WHY?: Simply put, I've had too many people take advantage of my trust as a professional. Since I am a private nail tech, I have to protect my time and space and only allow clients into my space that match my energy and take my business seriously. This helps to ensure you are serious about my time, my craft, and my services.
When a client no-shows their appointment (and that likelihood is significantly higher with new clients) two people lose: the professional who blocked off their time to service the client, and the potential client that would have been happy to show up for that same spot and receive services. As a new client interested in my services, it is essentially you letting me know it is important for you to come to your appointment and gives you something to lose by not showing up.
AFTER HOURS & “SQUEEZE IN” REQUESTS
Appointments requested outside of appointment availability or on posted off days may be subject to an after hours non-refundable deposit of $30 that does not go toward the price of your service ($40 for weekend squeeze ins).
Both of these appointment times are subject to availability and may not always be available. Keep up on Instagram @andromedanailboutique for posting of cancellations and available squeeze in/after hours appointments, or click here to join my waitlist/email list.
RUNNING LATE
A $10 late fee will be applied to clients who are 15-20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time. Time might not allow for designs if you're late. Clients that are more than 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee. If I'm running more than 20 minutes late and don't inform you in advance, I'll take $15 off your total.
Please text me or DM me to let me know when you are running late. You don't want to be charged as a no-show! I am usually very understanding and running right on scheduled time, but communication is very important to me. If you are running between 5-20 minutes behind, you made need to compromise on a design as I will only have the time left in your appointment to do your nails. If you are more than 20 minutes late, I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment and appropriate fees will apply.
As an additional reminder, try to book your appointments when you have plenty of time.
1.5-2 hours for structured manicures and new gel extension sets with solid color or accent designs.
2.5-3 hours for extension sets with French, simple-intermediate designs, returning gel x clients plus designs
3-4 hours for longer nail styles and complex designs
NAIL REPAIR POLICY
The need to come back in for a nail repair unplanned is inconvenient to say the least. Luckily, my sets tend to not have that issue, and most of my clients happily come back for fills and new sets with in-tact nails. Still though, accidents do happen and we grow and change, so I will always do my best to figure out the source of any issues with retention and to repair any broken nails. However, I am also only one person who sometimes doesn’t know all the answers. So here are some things to keep in mind about nail repairs in general + my policies on fixes.
WHAT CAN CAUSE NAIL BREAKS?
There are a million factors on what could cause a nail to break, so for simplicity’s sake I’ll split it up to a client side and a technician side. Sometimes, nail breaks can even be the result of things neither one of us can control, like weather changes or changes within your body or environment (i.e. Traveling, sickness). These factors can also be huge in their overall long-term nail retention as well.
HOW YOU TREAT THEM: Any nails can break when met with too much force like from hitting, biting, or generally being rough on nail enhancements in any way, even if it’s not on purpose.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIFE / JOB: Clients should always consider their lifestyle, natural nail health, and nail habits as the biggest influences on whether or not their nails tend to break.
—> For example, it’s not recommended to maintain a long or extra long nail length if the client uses or washes their hands frequently, exposes them to cleaners and chemicals regularly, or just generally tends to be “rough” on their nails. Every person need their hands to do just about everything, and everyone has an ideal nail length, so be open to figuring that out with your tech.
TECH ERRORS OR PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONS Sometimes still, it can often be a lot of small things on my end including a change in product or application errors, among other things. I almost always take nail repairs personally and immediately look to make sure it isn’t something with me. But I am still human too, and doing nails looks a little different each day.
ANB NAIL REPAIR POLICIES
With this in mind though, I try to find a fair balance for fixing nails when they break that best serves both of us.
0-48 hours after your appointment - FREE
After 48 hours - $5/nail
I no longer do nail repairs after day 7.
I do not offer more than 2 nail repairs unless it is a full-length appointment.
Please do your best to let me know if we will need to repair any nails before your appointment so extra time can be added to your appointment.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES + FREQUENT NAIL REPAIRS
** If clients have several nails pop off within 7 days of their appointment, I will check in with other appointments from the same day/time period to see if those clients are also having random issues with their nails. If everyone is experiencing similar things, I will investigate into my own practices and products and offer free redos or repairs at my discretion. Depending on the situation, I may offer to try out another nail system I feel may be better suited for the client.
I do not issue refunds for any reason, per my refund policy.
If clients consistently continue to have issues after the redo or repair, understand that some nail enhancement systems are not meant for everyone, especially if you have thinner and/or oilier nail beds. The stronger the nail bed, generally the better nail enhancement will grow out and hold up.
It’s not fair for either one of us to have to consistently schedule nail repairs or redo sets, so after three or more unique-to-client issues, it may be best to recommend another nail technician who may be able to better serve you or take a break from nails until your natural nails are stronger.
